Brisbane Gateway Resort is a typical suburban caravan and holiday park on the south side of Brisbane, around 20 minutes from the CBD if traffic plays nice. It offers powered sites for caravans and camper trailers plus some cabins if you’re not rolling with your own gear. The park is convenient for a stopover or short stay rather than a whole holiday destination.

Don’t expect much in terms of atmosphere – it’s a standard park with the usual amenities like a pool and camp kitchen, but it’s next to a busy road and the nearby industrial areas don’t exactly inspire a weekend getaway vibe. It’s handy if you want to be close to Brisbane without paying city prices for accommodation.
